For any dispute concerning the interpretation, performance or termination of these Terms, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the court of the consumer user's residence or domicile, pursuant to art. 63 of the Codice del Consumo (the Italian Consumer Code). For non-consumer users (e.g. businesses, professionals), jurisdiction lies with the court of the service provider's place of residence.
